1999. AI 800-sow herd, farrow to Isolation pigs, worked litters when

needed.

Perform light bench work, repair of coin mechanisms and circuit boards from

vending machine repair and maintenance of coffee brewers. Duties required

use of hand power tools, following blue prints of circuit boards, etc.

General Laborer - light industrial, Olsten Staffing, February, 1996 to

temporary jobs until permanent one was found. Duties have included packing

on assembly line; sealing cartons and envelopes; redemption center work;

loading and unloading supplies (50 lbs. and up); opening correspondence and

recording account information; mail distribution at Norwest Card Services;

renovation of hotel, etc. (Working full time when work available.)

Assistant Manager - Mitchell Bros. Boars and Gilts, Winterset, February,

1992 - February 1996. Oversaw the operation of 600-sow herd. Originally

started as farm hand and was promoted within a year to assistant manager.

Performed following functions: AI, feeding, cleaning, bedding, checked all

computers to be sure they were working properly for heaters and ventilation

systems, made sure all sows were moved for pigging, worked litters as

needed, oversaw other employees, on call for alarms going off, etc;

maintenance around the complex (i.e., bulbs, waters thawed or fixed,

maintain gates, etc.

Farm hand - 1986 to 1992, Richard Thompson Research Farm, Boone, Iowa. Took

care of 90-sow farrow-to-finish operation; feeding, farrowing, ear

notching, shots/vaccinations, bedding, etc.

Farm hand - 1972 to 1986, Palmer Erickson Mink Ranch, Jewell, Iowa. Fed and

took care of mink, all aspects of operation: feeding, cleaning, skinning

for pelts, etc.
