I was employed at The Credit Bureau of Toledo (CBC Innovis) for 39 years. My experience with CBC Innovis

includes receptionist for multiple phone lines, typist, filing, creating spreadsheets and correspondence, customer

service, cash handling all while maintaining complete confidentiality in all situations. On Monday, August 27, 2007,

my position was eliminated due to company downsizing. On October 31, 2007 I acquired a position with Toledo

Public Schools as a substitute secretary eventually becoming a permanent library secretary and receptionist, Due

to the budget cuts, I was laid off from that position on June 4, 2010.
