• Schedule 150 physicians in 4 overlapping markets for walk-in urgent care centers 90 days in advance.
Coordinate schedules with vacations, travel needs, PRN shifts and appropriate coverage in centers.
Ensure centers were staffed based upon the daily revenue goals, patient flow, experience and condition
of the providers. Prepare travel arrangements for training seminars.
• Develop rapport with locum and staffing companies, negotiate rates and travel expenses. Monitored
hourly cost and reported to Director of Operations weekly.
• Travel to centers to for new hire orientation shifts, provide updates to the support staff, center managers

correspondence to the CMO. Collect, organize and report x-ray logs to the CMO on a daily basis.

Create new documents for resource information, marketing and new hire packets for providers. Work
