ERP/MRP/DRP implementation experience as project manager installing

Extensive supply chain experience in diverse industries including tier

$12M to $2M while increasing customer service performance to 95%+.

Two automotive Greenfield start-ups, one being Japanese, developing

all vendors (global), material flows, kanban driven scheduling,

negotiating costs within business plan, vendor scheduling with EDI

interfaces. Implemented RF barcode scanned inventory transaction

system.

History of reducing PPV through competitive bidding, reverse auctions,

LTA negotiations and leveraging multi-site commodities.

Converted entire manufacturing facility from a work order push style

to a demand pull kanban system reducing WIP inventories 80%,

minimizing work orders and backflushing entire RIP inventory.

Experienced negotiator responsible for annual purchasing spends of

$210M+ in commodities of electrical components, metals and

manufactured items.

Set up and managed add on forecasting system (I2) for make to sock

items and advanced planning/scheduling system for make to order. Both

systems interfaced to core ERP.

station. Inventory control, warehouse, planning/scheduling,
