WORK EXPERIENCE
Caregiver
Brightstar Healthcare
Arnold or Carrie Bryan 214-***-****
June 2010 – Current
As a caregiver I assist patients with food preparation, dressing, grooming, cleaning their
houses, and running errands (going to doctors appointments or grocery stores). Most of
my patients have dementia so every day activities are a lot more difficult when they don’t
remember who they are or where they live. Also most of my patients are incontinent, I do
perineal care and assist them when they go to the bathroom. I am also trained to take
vitals, wound care, catheters, feeding tube and colostomy care as well. I love helping my
patients and making them feel comfortable and safe while encouraging them to do as
much as they can themselves to built self esteem and a sense of control. A couple times a
week I also help in the office with administrative work. I help with answering phones,
filing, and organizing the medical records. I look forward to a career in the medical field.
I am currently enrolled in nursing school and graduate in August 2011.

While working for Clinique I learned a lot about skin care and make up. Product
knowledge was a must, not only did I have to know what each product contained I also
had to know how to use it and to teach the client how it worked. Also, learned about skin
conditions and educated clients on products they should use or avoid depending on their
skin type. I did application of make up on clients of different age and skin type. Building
clientele and providing excellent customer service was a big part of my job as well. I also
always made my quotas and kept my work area neat, clean, and organized.

Debra Crisp (972) 488 - 1414
Crisp Analytical Labs Carrollton, TX
The company I was employed with does testing for asbestos, lead, and mold for
renovations and demolitions. I used Excel and Word to type reports and invoices. The
reports always had a very strict deadline and cannot be late no matter what. After the
report and invoice is made I added electronic signatures of the analyst and lab director,
pdf the file, compress it to a zip file and email it to the client. I also use Lotus 1,2,3 and
WordPro to log in samples from clients and type documents. I answer a multi-line phone
system and help clients with any questions or requests they may have. I sent out our
invoices and mail daily. I keep our office organized and file all the reports daily. I greet
our clients and sign them in and log in their samples. I help with accounting problems as
well. It was very fast-paced and always work to do.

Fragrance specialist
April 2008 - October 2008
Tina Wilkins 706-***-****
Dillards Columbus, GA
Retail
At Dillards my job entailed ensuring that every customer received excellent customer
service. I had to help find the perfect fragrance for my clients, remember what notes were
in each fragrance (ex. rose, musk, etc.), what the prices and sizes were, and also what
other products the certain fragrance also made (shower gel, lotion, body cream, etc.).I
also had a quota to fill each day and my sales per hour, which I always met and was
second in my department on sales. I also had clientele. I had to call my clients every
month to see how they were enjoying their purchases and make appointments for them to
come back in. I had to call on birthdays and know something personal about every client,
about two hundred people, for example, how many children they had, their spouses name
and where they worked. I also answered phones and ordered items from different stores
for my customers. Every week I would change the collateral around my department. I
would set up new posters and products in the cases and decorate my area. When we got
new products I would find room for them and set them up in a certain order and make the
display extremely presentable. I cleaned cases and kept everything organized. Also I
familiarized myself with all of the other cosmetic lines and sold other lines other than
fragrance.
