maintained this position for 6 years until I was laid off, May 2009.

phones) with setting up accounts for new or existing customers. I would identify their correct

social sercurity numbers for any bad debts that they may incurred in the past or may have now,

this was done with a called Accurint and Equifax. These were programs that I used on a daily

basis as well as cable data (TCIP). After verifying correct social security numbers, names, and

addresses for bad debts I would set up or add on cable tv, telephone service, or internet to their

accounts if they met all of Comcast requirements.

After recieving my GED, I went back to school to become a Medical Office Assistant where I

studied laboratory procedures, patient care, blood pressures, and medical transcription. As part of

my education I did my externship at the Family Heath Services for 8 weeks prior to graduating.

During that time I recieved a recommendation from Dr. Carreathers who at the time was working

there with Dr. Brooks. I graduated in August 1998 with a G.P.A of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
