GOAL
With ten years of child- involved teaching, coordination,
classroom and household management.. My goal is to obtain a career
with many opportunities for advancement and learning.

EMPLOYMENT
2009 - Present Personal Care Giver, Margaret Robson, Auburn, Wa
Serving as a caregiver to an elderly couple. Duties include
taking to Doctor's appointments, shopping, personal hygiene, cooking,
making appointments, organizing medications, and house cleaning.
2005 - 2007 Personal Assistant, Sean Northrup, Seattle
Serving as Mr. Northrup's personal assistant, I managed his
household. My duties included appointment setting, shopping, errand
running, housecleaning, laundry, baby-sitting infant, preparing meals,
and other general household management.
2002 - 2005 Nanny, Mrs. Lori Hughes, Seattle
After discussion with the mother, I provided daily planning,
coordination, preparation, and execution of events for three children
ages 13, 4, and 4. My duties included but were not limited to
appointment setting, sporting events, planning various play activities,
oversight, transportation, and meal preparation.
1999-2001 Para-Educator, Tacoma School District
Working side by side with the teacher in a Special Needs classroom, I
taught, provided guidance, redirected conflicts, mediated, and served as a
role model for conflict management, using the Mandt system. Implementation
of these skills and techniques allowed me to assist the children in
maintaining their focus on their work, while also using creative problem
solving. Furthermore, the teacher and I worked with the autistic children
by using the Learning Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP), and working in
partnership with the Tacoma Learning Center (TLC), which offers expanded
classroom and home-based services, particularly focusing on services to
children with autism spectrum disorders and medically fragile children.
