861 Glenrock Road #135 Salary:

Norfolk, VA 23502 Rosa Montgomery- Direct manager,

Objective: An In Home Counselor is demanding in that to achieve goals for

this program, staff must be confident in their ability to interpret,

review, and apply service plans drafted by the resident physician,

contribute to further reports of clients' behavior patterns, and solicit a

consensus among those who have less input on which to base a decision.

Such talent became required while in conferencing and discussing treatment

residences to make practical application of service plans, document

clients' medication use, prepare intervention exercises such as

conferences, written and verbal exercises, and submission of daily reports

800 E. City Hall Avenue Salary:

(Administrative address)

Norfolk, VA 23510 Human Resources 757-***-****

Objective: A position instructing English Composition and American

Literature was one of my ultimate goals as an undergraduate. As a

substitute teacher for multiple years (as an enrolled and a withdrawn

student) I was granted the exposure to the entire Norfolk Public School

system. While substituting, I worked on an on-call basis three to five

days per week charged with the task of facilitating courses using lesson

plans and additional instructional supplies. However, under a contract

position, I met the challenge to respond to district, local, and state

education guidelines involving developing lesson plans, issuing and

responding to results of student progress, or lack of thereof. As well as

regular conferences with Communication Skills Department staff, I attended

weekly parent-teacher conferences, faculty conferences, completed

additional courses towards earning Professional Development credits, as

well as attended regular meetings with core subject instructors. This

position was held under terms of a Provisional Contract which required

continued academic effort and further training. Other tasks include:

submitting parent contact logs, weekly submission of lesson plans for

regular and honor level course work, daily posting of class and homework

assignments and their evaluations on Esembler/Norfolk Public School

website, hall/cafeteria monitoring, and excessive at-home work follow up.

Accomplishments & Transferrable Skills: Successful and consistent

employment under Norfolk Public School system, opportunity to teach African-

of Bachelor's Degree in English-Interdisciplinary Studies, and personal

Objective: A suspicious and investigative tendency made this position

exciting because there were many chances at manipulation on the part of all

involved parties such as tenants, applicants, landlords, and property

management companies. The position was easy to negotiate due to the

availability and regular reference of Housing and Urban Development

(H.U.D.) policies. Tasks of this position involve screening registered

applicants for suitability to program criteria for rental assistance,

verify applicant representations provided during interview, and determining

subsidy using a calculation process and presenting estimates to Section 8

Housing Choice Voucher program director for approval.

Accomplishments & Transferrable Skills: Completion of multiple HUD (Nan
