Medical insurance pre-certification call center. Inbound call center
taking calls from Doctors offices, rendering facilities, and patients
building cases for radiology, cardiology and PET and CT scans for the
insurance companies that we have contracts with. To date about 35
insurance companies have contracted with us. On an average taking about
120 calls a day and dealing with various types of issues and problems and
directing the caller to the proper department for clarification of their
issues. Customer service is the highest priority and try to strive to make
every call a pleasant experience.

their state and following guidelines and procedures per company policy.
Have received many commendations, including top representative for our site
for the month of May 2008. Service star award for May, July, September of
2008, and February, May and June of 2009.

running of the business, buying the cars at the auction and selling the
cars and handling after the sale as well. We did all the financing in
house. Took payments from the customers on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly
basis. Also handled the repossession of the vehicles as well. Took care
of the monthly books, to send to the accountant on a monthly basis.

managers from areas stores during yearly inventory.

Quality control floor care line. Worked on the floor care line in the
repair center. Made sure product was fixed and working properly and all
parts were installed per the service order, made inputs on the service
order as necessary for any changes made. Made sure product was bagged
properly and ready for the shipment back to the sending unit. Helped on
the repair line as needed. Made sure we were following all the work
instructions as per ISO. Transferred to parts and repair center in
Florida.

Refurb Technichan. Started with the company in the Photo Rack Dept. In
this department we stripped the racks completely down cleaned them and
replaced all the parts with new one. Was the promoted to a tech position,
where we were responsible for the whole mini photo lab machine. The
company would purchase old machines from photo studios and stores, i.e Wal-
Mart, Walgreens, Revco, Ritz camera. We were responsible for the ordering
of the replacement parts and materials needed, then strip the machine clean
it and replace with new parts and fill back with chemicals and check all
the operations to make sure it was in perfect working order to be sold
again as refurbished. I was laid off due to slow down of machine coming in
and because of a Government investigation against the owner of the company
for illegal dumping of the chemicals as well as selling the machines to
countries that were embargoed. The company is now bankrupt and out of
business.
