Providing test and measurement, troubleshooting (to component level) and

repair of RF, analog and digital electronic circuits. The staff consist of

an experienced FCC Licensed RF Electronic Technician and a Certified

Electronic solderer and assembler with prototype and production experience

available for your next onsite project. Short term and/or long term

assignments according to your project deadlines allow the flexibility of

maintaining skilled personnel only during the busy workload period without

the costly expense of maintaining an "employee" during slow periods. The

experience consist of but are not limited to the following:

Electronic Technician: throughout the career, has worked with commercial

and military aircraft audio and RF systems. Medical device equipment for

Boston Scientific. RF filters and amplifiers for the cellular phone

industry. High Speed Data Modems and RF Antenna tuning and testing. The

equipment and skills that were necessary to complete the troubleshooting,

testing and repair of these electronic products involved equipment such as

a Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer,

Distortion Analyzer, Frequency Counter, Function Generator, Sweep

Oscillator, LCR meter, RF and audio signal generators, Power supplies and

programming specifically the Microchip PIC 8 bit microcontroller. Tuning,

measuring and adjusting various RF filters for insertion loss, -3db

bandwidth, shape factor, resonant frequency and Q. Radio receivers,

transmitters and RF amplifiers for dynamic range, noise figure, third order

intercept, harmonics and intermodulation. Digital signal measuring using

Logic Analyzer for checking timing of signals compared to clock signal.

Power supply output regulation, ripple, voltage and current measurements.

Audio signal measuring THD, power output, noise and frequency response.

Electronic Solderer and Assembler : the career entailed the use of

soldering and desoldering SMD and discrete components. Hot air/ vacuum

system operation. Assembly of components to P.C.B. Operating wave soldering

equipment. Assembly of mechanical enclosures and wiring of chassis.

Microelectronic assembly using microscope.
