Personal Statement

I am a hard working, loyal, dedicated person who has the drive to succeed in all that I do.

Although I have extensive experience in the conrete industry I am a fast learner and enjoy the

challenges of learning a new trade. I get along well with others, while still being able to work

very efficently by myself.

Work Experience

Laborer (June 2005 – Present)

Oostburg Concrete, Business Dr. Oostburg Wisconsin

Setting and pouring of driveways, sidewalks, basements, and garages. I also handle all the

concrete sawing responsibilities for the crew. Working with the wall crews to set and pour both

commercial and residential foundations, including tying and setting re bar cages and matts,

setting and stripping wall forms.

Laborer (Apr 2004 – Jun 2005)

Buyze and VerVelde Concrete Construction, Gibbsville Wisconsin

Laborer for block foundation construction duties included mixing mortar, setting scaffolding, and

general site cleanliness. Also setting and pouring driveways, sidewalks, basements, and garages.

Milker (Jan 2002 – Apr 2004)

Stoney Acres Farm, Wausaukee Wisconsin

Milked 300 head of cattle, cleaned and prepped the dairy barn. Also cleaned the freestall barn

and moved the cattle from barn to milking parlor.
