back frame right side with two tilt seat back to install ODS Module with
two screws.(Clamp Airbag Harness to the pallet clips), scan built tickets,
airbag,and ODS Module, torque two recliner bolts, torque the two airbags
nuts, install electrical cable to the ODS Module clip ODS electrical cable
to pallet torque cushion, QA mark lobster clips, secure seatbelt cable to
cushion bottom, hand start two black bolts on one side and two silver
bolts on the other, torque each side. (Wiring & Plastic) wire airbag cord
and seatbelt cord at the bottom front of the seat, install back panel suing
the back panel install
fixture, ensure x-mas trees are engaged in back frame, pull test all
connectors to ensure proper seating. (Finesse) using a electrical iron to
finesse out wrinkles on the cloth and leather seats. (End of Line Testing)
function seat according to the screen, check for seatbelt correct function,
move seat back and forth into the right shipping position.
