Make out-bound calls to people that have delinquent accounts that are up

for possible litigation. Try to persuade debtors to make voluntary payment

to settle their past due accounts. Communicate with lawyers hired by

debtors to get information to settle or code accounts properly. Responsible

to keep debtor information such as Social Security number, addresses and

banking information, secure. Responsible for filling out correct forms

based on specific settlement requests by debtor. Required to follow

Attempted to collect on debts that were anywhere from one month to four

months passed due by making out bound calls to card holders. Was required
