Service Associate III (State Accounts)
Duties include keying and processing state for Florida employees PPO claims using diamond, legacy,
quest, and some Seibel. Duties also includes processing Entry exception cases, Held codes, and reverse
rekeys using convergence ICB, CMCA, MCG and a host of other systems to determine eligibility. I have
proficient knowledge of both ERISA and HIPPA guidelines. Received a rating of four on the annual
performance review out of a possible five and participates in numerous ERG's.

Responsible for providing quality customer service to healthcare provider in regards to Blue Card claims.
Duties include but not limited to taking inbound telephone inquiries, researching written images, and
providing accurate claim status using Diamond, RBMS, EBT, EVT, Unified Networks, CMS, CICS,
Legacy, Quest, IMS, PIP, Claim Check, Formats Database, and a host of other systems. Also served as a
SME (Subject Matter Expert) and assisted other seasoned representatives and new hire trainees with

issues and other question or concerns about their Wireless services. Duties also included retaining
customers by offering various products and services to renew the customer’s contract. Maintained quality

Logistics Analyst/Scheduler
Responsible for all SASR/TSA scheduling at the Tallahassee, Orlando, and Hilo Hawaii Airports, by using
a web based tool (Schedule Source) to produce a schedule for the Permanent and Mobile Screening Force
that the Federal Security Director has to approve. Responsible for knowing the parameter and inputting
external factors into Schedule Source that will allow for scheduling flexibility. Provider support to the
Adminstrave/Date entry Staff, Ensured files and Documentation on all Screeners were accurately entered
and tracked with in the personnel database.
