Positions Held:

*Supervisor/ Foreman:

Responsibilities: Supervise crew of 10-15 persons toward maintenance and repair of

driveways, walks, paths, swings, benches, fences and park equipment. Coordinate

activities of workers engaged in landscape/lawn care maintenance of grounds and gardens.

Plan landscaping tasks, and instructs workers in taking care of nursery, planting of

flowers, and transplanting and pruning of trees/shrubbery and sod installation. Assist

with implementation of client contract. Assure customer satisfaction toward ensuring

fulfillment of client contract by performing quality control and inspections. Lead safety

sessions with crewmembers. Track attendance, performance reviews, discipline meetings.

Communicate well in both written and verbal formats with individuals in various

management levels and of diverse backgrounds. Estimate worker-hour requirements for

completion of job assignment. When supervising workers engaged chiefly in one occupation

or craft, required to be adept in the activities of the workers supervised. When

supervising workers engaged in several occupations, required to possess general knowledge

of the activities involved. Train newly hired employees. Perform other duties assigned.

*Landscaping/ Lawn Care/ Grounds:

Responsibilities: Maintain premises of commercial, residential, or similar

establishments in clean and orderly condition. Maintain and repair lawn equipment.

Maintain hedges, shrubs and grounds. Cut/ trim grass and remove weeds, using zero-turn

lawn mower/weed trimmer/ edging machine, backpack blower and other lawn tools. Dig flower

beds and plant flowers, shrubs, hedges and small trees. Sod replacement/installation.

Mulching. Irrigation system repair/installation. Remove unwanted yard waste/debris. Apply

pesticides, fertilizer and other yard maintenance chemicals. Maintain streets, sidewalks,

and driveways. Construction of natural path-ways and nature trails. Construction of yards

and gardens. Construction of custom ponds, waterfalls, and water gardens. Natural

Disaster/Hurricane/ Tornado damage clean-up and debris removal, and other duties as

needed.

*Environmental Engineering:

Responsibilities: Maintain/ Clean interior/ exterior of buildings. Perform sanitation

duties. Make ready/ Punch list. Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, using brooms, mops

and powered scrubbing and waxing machines. HVAC Duct cleaning, repair/replacement. Carpet

steam cleaning, wet/ shop vacuum use. Power wash side walks, drive ways, parking lots,

and buildings. Sanitation of facilities/Janitorial Duties/House Keeping, as also other

assignments.

*Building Maintenance/ Remodel/ Renovation/ Repair:

Experience: Home improvement/restoration/reconstruction/remodel/renovation and repair.

Mobile Home Destruction and reconstruction. General construction and carpentry. Maintain

and repair structures, fences, buildings. Refinish/ remodel/ replace/ install flooring.

Drywall/Sheet Rock hanging/repair/ install. Paint interior/exterior walls and trim,

caulking, mud, sanding, paint removal. Fiberglass insulation installation. Asphalt/

Pavement marking, seal coating, car stop build/ replacement. Patchwork, power sweeping.

Rafter/Truss/ reconstruction/ repair/ install. Roof repair, tile/ shingle install/

replacement. Rain gutter/ roof drain install/replace. Window A/C install. Vinyl siding

installation. Door and Window install/replace and many other tasks that use heavy

equipment(i.e.: forklift, bulldozer, cutting torch or light soldering/ light welding).

*Recycle/Reclaim Scrap Metal Refining:

Use Fork(lift) Truck to transport hoppers and recycle/ reclaim scrap metal(s) acquired,

for refining in melt furnace toward die casting molten metal into ingots. Use “cherry

picker” to gather selected parts, or other use, for fabrication/repair of machinery. Use

sheer machinery, cutting torch, or other tools and devices for separation of scrap

metal(s). Use welding tools to repair or fabricate baskets, hoppers, boom and other

devices to be used with fork(lift)truck. Handle materials for packaging, shipping, or

transport for other departments or clients. Inventory scrap materials, create punch list

of metals to be melted by furnace, or stored in reserve, using data entry scanning

equipment(Data Logic Proscan).
