devices. I was to solve all voice issue problems along with power

vision problems, problems with using phone as a modem, Connection

problems, and problems with programming. We also worked with

Metcalf, which is the intercarrier message router. While working

for this company, I was awarded employee of the month out of 1500

plus employees and promoted to technical support trainer.
