. Hired as CFO of $127 million private manufacturing company, helped

grow it to $611 million in 9 years when it was sold for $640 million.

. Oversaw the entire supply chain, generating over $25 million in annual

cash savings.

. Served as a key leader in generating an average annual 20% compound

return on equity during tenure while maintaining a leverage

(Debt/EBITDA) ratio of less than 2 times.

. Built extensive Wall Street Investment Banking relationships.

. Worked closely with the CEO to develop and implement the strategic

plan. This included developing the Go To Market strategy as well as

the acquisition criteria designed to augment the organic growth plans

of the core business.

. Started and managed a captive insurance company to provide greater

financial flexibility.

. Interacted with the Board of Directors and the bank syndicate

. Selected the purchaser of our business, co-wrote the information

memorandum with the Chairman, and integrated the business into SBR's
