. Paddle Push Tester- My responsibilities were to release the bracket
machine after completing its test cycle, release the emergency brake,
tuning the brake switches, secure front and back interior grab handle,
connecting the hood release switch and the diagnostic plug after
putting on the IP panels and install rubber boots on the gear shifts.
. Grill Installment- My responsibilities were to build up brackets
before placing them on the inside of the hood of the Dodge Ram trucks,
to keeping the grill stationary, securing the back seat belt buckles
to the floor and removing the plastic from the back seats.
. Trailer Tow Installation- My responsibilities were to place two clips
on the trailer tows before securing it on the truck frames utilizing a
hoist, placing two bolts and a bracket on the light duty trucks and
three bolts and a bracket on the heavy duty trucks, scan the bar code
before changing truck, and secure the brake line.
. Fuel Bundles- My responsibilities were to secure these bundles on the
Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 engines, replaces rubber plugs with
metal screw plugs on the axles.
. Rear Bumper Buildup- My responsibilities were to secure bolts and
brackets to the bumpers and install the heat shields to the gas tanks
and place the pins inside the tire rods for the spare tires.
. Axle Buildup- My responsibilities were to place rubber caps in the
axles and secure the brake cables using a hoist and electric gun
. Molding - My responsibilities were to place an molding machine on the
side of the trucks for molding
. Striper-My responsibilities were to put stripes on one side of the two
tone trucks
. Door Installer- My responsibilities were to install the front
passenger doors utilizing pin machine and hoist.
. Head Light Aim- My responsibilities were to insure that the head
lights were straight and the tires were balanced prior to test driving
the trucks.
. Transmission Fluid- My responsibilities was to fill the transmission
bottles on the trucks.
. Gas top off- My responsibilities was to fill up the trucks.
. Assistant Team Leader- My responsibilities in this position required
me to be accountable for the work of five other employees in my work
station, assist them with their duties, fill in as needed, track any
and all repair orders, insure and maintain quality work, maintain and
review work logs, track progress of production and assigned employees.
