I have recently started up my own trucking company. Where I have contracts with companies for gravel hauling and, contracts in the
oil fields. My duties include payroll, contracting with companies, dispatching drivers, day to day operations, keeping track of
monthly mileage for state fuel tax, expenses, income, purchases, repairs and balance sheets.

I am currently in the Customer Service Sales department starting 8-10 where I handle questions customers have on their credit card
accounts, send new pins, issue cards, add users, help customers with credit line issues, take payments, offer service treatments,
educate customers about new offers that are available on their accounts and enroll then into different programs that fit their needs,
help with billing disputes, and educate the customers with their credit and financial needs.
I am a Student Loan Customer Service Rep, I am in charge of calling and receiving calls from customers, where I either collect a
payment from the individual or I set them up with different deferments or forbearances and tell them how each program works, or set
up payment plans that best fit their needs, also give the customer general account information as far as, interest rate, interest or
principal paid, original amount of loan, interest per day. In January of 2010 I began line balancing in Late Stage to present, where I
have improved my collection skills which have enabled me to maintain successful statistics with less customer contacts, and help
the customers get their accounts back on track.

I was a sales associate for Aflac, I was in charge of selling new policies, and cold calling new customer to establish new clients, also
filed claims, and met whatever needs my customers wanted, kept current on all regulations in the insurance business and new
policies, also traveled to develop new clients.

I was in charge of marketing, promotion, purchasing, for the entire operation. I also made budgets, sales projections, booking and
promotion for our hunting and guiding business. I have had to work through turbulent times in the economy and redirect operations
to fit with the times. I also do day to day work such as running equipment, general mechanic, working cattle, and knowledge of
medicine, sales for our livestock equipment dealership, merchandising for our pheasant hunting, tractor sales and other equipment,
contracting livestock, working with cattle buyers and sale barn owners. I also operated many types of large equipment from quad
tracks, to 4wd case and john deere, super coulters, turbo tills, and air seeders, and semi. I have many years of farm equipment
operation experience including using guidance systems other technology.

I started out in Watertown with UPS as a loading and unloading package cars and semi. I also scanned packages, sorted packages,
processed international packages, and office work. In December of 2003 I got promoted to Local Sort Manager in Aberdeen. My
duties included run the sort and meet pieces per hour quota, customer complaints, train employees on sorting, loading, unloading,
lifting, technology, perform hazmat audits, designated responder for hazmat, conduct audits, FAA audits, protocol and procedures,
international package processing, uploading new software for scanners and diads, time management, customer counter, employee
problems, monthly and yearly employee reviews, reports, time cards, making weekly schedules with work force to package volume,
forecasting trailers, and help run other centers when needed, also safety inspection with lockout tag out, and make sure areas are
marked, and guards are in place.
