Collocation Specialist

• Responsible for driving all collocation applications through collocation and ancillary processes in order to

ensure excellent customer service.

• Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied throughout the collocation process, which include FAA/FCC

compliance, environmental compliance, land lease compliance and pre-existing user rights.

AAV Project Manager

• Manage fiber to cell site project. Oversee team of 5 real estate specialists who analyze easements to ensure

fiber runs within existing easement.

• Manage communications between fiber providers and T-Mobile to ensure conservative timelines are met.

Responsible for all states in the Midwest.

• Work closely with construction managers to ensure fiber is correctly designed to stay within easements and

coordinate Landlord contact.

Site Development Project Manager

• Managed site acquisition and architectural and engineering vendors in efforts to build 120 new cell sites.

• Tasked with managing various projects including site modifications of over 140 sites. Project included

managing lease renewals, lease reviews to understand site modification requirements, drafting lease

amendments.

• Worked closely with construction managers to ensure accuracy of site design per zoning and leasing

• Solicited various building owners for possible in-building coverage via DAS services.

towers, and build new cell sites in substations. Clients included T-Mobile, Clearwire, Sprint and Verizon.

• Managed Master Lease Agreements between Salt River Project and the various carriers.

• Responsible for securing zoning and building permits in various Phoenix area jurisdictions.

Los Angeles (Independent Contractor/ May 2006 – April 2007)

Site Acquisition Manager

• Responsible for site acquisition and zoning for 45 wireless facilities in the Los Angeles area.

difficult municipalities in the Los Angeles area.
