Contract and Consultant work in recruiting, training, design and

development of policies and procedures, and employee relations.

Development of programs on organizational and employee relations issues;

consult with team leaders on the implementation of policies; audit HR

departments and make recommendations; ensure legal compliance; provide

recruitment services; and strategic development to companies in the high-

tech, IT, and telecom arenas.

Administration; Collins Machine & Manufacturing - Develop performance

review forms, conduct training classes, write job descriptions, perform HR

Audits, and develop salary structures; FOCUS (Foundation of Catholic

University Students) - HR Audit, recommend policies and procedures for

legal compliance, assist in complaint investigations; Tyco Healthcare

(Covidien) Hire very difficult to fill positions; Intrado - Hire Engineers,

Marketing Managers, Sales Engineers, IT, and more (I was there on 3

separate occasions each assignment lasting approximately a year);

Clients from 1993 to 1995 and from 1997 to 2005 included: E2 Consulting

Engineers - Ensure policies and procedures were in compliance with state

and federal laws and hire hard to fill IT and DOE engineering positions;

StorageTek - Hire a variety of people field sales, marketing, engineers,

and technicians (was there on the 3 occasions - each time about 9 months);

Sun Microsystems - Hire training people; Seagate -- Reliability Engineers

were my focus; Level3 - Hire call-center managers and workers; Copan

Systems - Concentrated on hiring engineers of a variety of types; and 6

months as Naropa University's Benefit Administrator.
