Relevant Experience
From 4/26/04 through 9/30/09 worked for Aquasis Services Inc. as a US Army Contractor learning many
of the things listed under qualifications and education. I was trained to always greet others with a smile
and be polite even if the other person is rude. I was the call center link between the occupants of 4
buildings and the repair entities. I was also responsible for security and safety of said occupants. With an
excellent work/safety record and salary, always adhering to the regulations and policies of Fort
Leavenworth, KS 66027, I always completed any task I was given and took the extra steps necessary to
make things special. For several years I was also in charge of the gifts to the college since the 1950’s as
well as the display cases and safety of the objects therein.

Other Experience
Started, owned, operated, and managed independent retail business, (Wheeler Lowe Automotive),
successfully from 1972 until 2002. Using God given gifts of mechanical ability and people skills, I also
learned to be appointment agent, receptionist, call center, records clerk, customer service associate,
service writer & estimator, warehouse manager, shipping and receiving agent, inventory manager,
delivery driver, shop foreman with 3 employees, mechanic, lead sales clerk, final bill writer, cashier, book
keeper, customer relations representative, and in general, anything it took to make the retail business
survive including advertising manager and public relations. I was facility maintenance specialist as well.

Addendum:
Many important things such as IQ, mechanical and other abilities, people skills, the need to excel, pride in
accomplishments, self drive, and loyalty a person is either born with or is not. I was! Experience, grace under
pressure, achievements, errors, observations, and knowing to listen more than you talk are all thing which I possess.
All too often these qualities are overlooked in the hiring process. You can educate a chimpanzee, but it is still a
chimpanzee. I hope these attributes are taken into consideration when I apply for a job which I am qualified for.
