Performed a variety of clerical and manual duties related to
receiving and processing merchandise and supplies, to include:

Main area of responsibility was the processing of
damaged/defective merchandise for repair or replacement,
proper maintenance of records both in and out of ASAP, and
completion of follow up actions as needed. Also assisted in
stock counts for annual inventories, the unloading of

Working one on one with a tenth grade student diagnosed with
Aspberger’s Syndrome. Assisting him with homework during
his resource block as well as assuring that he understood
classroom concepts in Biology, Algebra 1B, and standard
English classes. Assisting him with skills that will, in the future,
allow him to be more independent and accepted among his
peers. Daily communication with parents as well as teachers
was a must as well as ongoing research of tips and strategies
to insure that his teachers had the most current and effective
ways of maintaining his success within their classrooms. I
coached him in test taking strategies that effectively assisted
him in passing one of the five parts of the Alabama High School
Graduation Exam.

adolescents in grades 7 through 12 at a Psych. 21 residential
treatment facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to: attendance at meetings as part of the weekly treatment

fall within the AL Course of Study and meet the requirements of
each student’s IEP, implementation of lessons, grading,
issuance of report cards, maintenance of comprehensive
educational records on assigned students, compilation of past
educational records, maintain classroom discipline, utilization of
Accelerated Math programs, meeting with parents, social
workers, and foster parents as needed. While employed at
Gateway I was responsible for implementation of the
Accelerated Reader Program. This implementation included:
ordering the program disks and books, labeling the books,
installing the program to school computers, training teachers
and students in the effective use of the program.
