OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a professional career position within a Clerical/Administrative field, that will
require me to utilize customer service techniques, effective people skills, and apply
proper work ethic to accomplish tasks.
MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT
After one year of providing services as a teller at First Tennessee Bank, I was presented
with the 2007 President's award by the company's president and market president. This
award was presented to me for reaching a Gold level of performance in the Individual
Customer Service category for the first quarter of 2007.
EMPLOYMENT:
Regions Bank September 2009- Present
As a Senior Teller, my position requires me to perform basic to advanced teller
operations in addition to cash handling. I am the direct back up teller to the Operations
manager (Head Teller). I am responsible for performing daily cash reports, and general
ledger balancing for the branch. My postion reqires me to be knowledgable of up to date
government Reg E requirements and Hold requirements.
American Homeshield (Service Master) February 2009- September 2009
As a full-time Customer Service Representative, my job functions were making outbound
calls and taking inbound calls. I provided service to clients nationwide who purchased
home warranty policies and to service contractors of American Home Shield. I processed
service requests, took payments, made adjustments to accounts, handled claims, disputes
and denials; set service appointments, while maintaining company guidelines and policy .
On an average day I accepted 40-60 inbound calls and made 20-30 outbound calls to
resolve customer claims.
First Tennessee Bank N.A. July-10-2006 to February-2009
As a Teller II my duties included, but were not limited to, maintaining safe cash levels in
all drawers and vaults, ordering money for the branch and ATM operations, processing
payments for loans and credit cards, processing account withdrawals deposits cashing
checks transfers loan closeouts and other account functions. In addition to the computer
functions of this job, I provided excellent customer service that ensured that our
customers felt valued and individualized.

My job as a Sales Associate involved multi-tasking many different sales tasks that
provided customers with satisfactory visits to the store. This included assisting customers
with purchases at the register, accessing merchandise that may be out of customers' reach
or at other locations, stocking and sale tagging, clearing debris from aisles, preparing the
store for opening and closing, preparing the deposit bag, and ordering change for the
store.
Popeye's Restaurant (Fulltime) Sep-20-2003 to Aug-2005
As head cashier, my duties and responsibilities included, but were not limited to,
preparing and maintaining food at required temperatures and levels, designating meal
times, stocking condiments and supplies, assuring that orders are accurate, training new
employees, and placing orders.
