I have many years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse
Operations, office administration and Customer Service. Multi-tasking is
something I have done for many years. I can help where the need arises,
whether its office administration, inventory management, warehouse

Management Experience
Assistant Branch Manager for West End Lumber at the Madisonville, Louisiana
branch; assisted in the daily operations of the branch.
Inventory Manager for the Cameron Ashley Building Products Louisiana
branches(eventually to become part of West End Lumber).
Territory Manager for Mega Marketing covering Arkansas, Louisiana,
Mississippi, and Alabama.
Work Experience
03/2010-07/2010- Merchandiser for Scotts Miracle Gro. The Territory covers
the Slidell, Louisiana area and Picayune, Mississippi area. I handle the
product placement, building the displays, stocking the shelves, and all
customer inquiries and store events. Seasonal employment.
03/2008-09/2009- Inside Sales at West End Lumber/Beacon Roofing Supply,
Harahan, Louisiana. I helped the inside sales team to achieve our sales
budget for each month. I created sales by answering incoming calls and
assisting customers in the office. I also addressed inventory issues,
conducted cycle counts, and created and received purchase orders. I
represented the manager when he was not available and performed other tasks
as required by the corporate office. The Company laid off many employees in
September 2009.
09/2005-03/2008- Assistant Manager West End Lumber/Beacon Roofing Supply,
Madisonville, Louisiana. I assisted in the daily operations for the branch.
I created sales orders, invoiced all orders, directed deliveries,
supervised all employees, and performed all purchasing and receiving. I
managed the inventory by monitoring purchasing and conducting cycle counts
on a regular basis. I also worked with the corporate office on collections
for the Branch. I handled the daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits,
and performed other tasks as required by the corporate office. The Branch
closed in 2008.
12/1997-09/2005- Inventory Manager/Inside Sales for Cameron Ashley Building
Products(soon to become part of West End Lumber/Beacon Roofing Supply).
From 1997 to 2000 I controlled the purchasing for three branches in
Louisiana and helped to reduce the inventory shrinkage by closely
monitoring purchasing and conducting cycle counts. From 2000 to 2005 I
created inside sales, which consisted of Industrial Metals (stainless steel
and aluminum), Building Materials, and other products. I created and
received purchase orders. Other duties included invoicing, filing,
production of manufacturing reports, and other tasks as required by the
corporate office. I transferred to the Madisonville Branch in 2005 after
Hurricane Katrina.
01/1997-12/1997- Territory Manager for Mega Marketing. I managed the sales
territory for three major door manufacturers. I covered Arkansas,
Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. I identified and negotiated conflicts
between customers and vendors and proposed suggestions to improve sales.
The business closed in 1997.
