Under general supervision, responsible for dispatching airport police, fire, maintenance,
transportation, operations and parking personnel according to requests for service and
available manpower, via the operation of radio, telephone, computer terminals, multi-data
terminals, and paging system
Handle and control incidents involving aircrafts and passengers throughout the airport
Provide accurate and updated information to customers through hundreds of phone
calls daily
Prepare searches on employees and possible suspects via our ACAD/Airport Computer
Aided Dispatch system per officers request
Responsible for the safety of passengers through the dispatch of Airport Police
Officers, Airport Fire and EMS and the on base emergency team
