Related Entity Consolidations and all related backup financial

and cash functions with department heads and accounting staff of
up to 10 people.
. Prepare and maintain all financial statement format budgets

reporting for various levels of cash operational control.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
. Build and maintain all financial forecast and estimating models,
strategic planning initiatives and pro forma analysis for all
entities and industries.
. Established all weekly sales and performance measurements for
Traditional Golf's golf course management contracts.
. Prepare and present budget forecasts, pro forma analysis for new
business ventures, construction developments and commercial real
estate projects.
. Developed industry specific estimating programs that reduced

Operations Management
. Negotiate and manage all contracts with clients and
subcontractors.
. Compile all monthly billings, change orders and associated
backup material for all contracts and construction draw
requests.
. Establish corporate bonding relationship, including financial
reporting with Bonding Company and local Boding Agent.
. Manage and maintain all insurance functions in both traditional
insurance markets and a partially self funded Captive Insurance
Entity.
. Manage the company's HR Department including, benefits, profit
sharing program and national H2B visa policies.
