related entities including 90% of the company internal operations and

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
. Build and maintain all financial forecast and estimating models,
strategic planning initiatives and pro forma analysis for all
entities and industries.

Traditional Golf's golf course management contracts.
. Prepare and present budget forecasts, pro forma analysis for new
business ventures, construction developments and commercial real
estate projects.

Operations Management
. Negotiate and manage all contracts with clients and
subcontractors.
. Compile all monthly billings, change orders and associated
backup material for all contracts and construction draw
requests.

reporting with Bonding Company and local Boding Agent.
. Manage and maintain all insurance functions in both traditional
insurance markets and a partially self funded Captive Insurance
Entity.
