Feb 2010P - Current Irvin Enterprises
Duties: Senior Project Manager, Irvin is a Energy Management company
with a line of projects that make your buildings and or home more
efficient. I manage all on going projects to include McDonalds, Nursing
Homes, Doctor offices and two main multi site projects. I control all
the personnel ensuring they get the job done on time and under budget.
Currently we have 7 projects working and many good leads. I run all
seven crew ensuring the men are in the right place at the right time.
Also I control the budget for all jobs as well.
Apr 2008 - Sep 2009 Bovis Lend Lease
Duties: Senior Project Manager for two multi site projects. Oversaw
the construction of 172 McDonalds Coffee bars in 5 states. All 172
locations we completed on time and on or under budget. This work was
completed in 11 months. Project Manager over 35 conversions of
Washington Mutual into Chase banks in and around the Houston area. Again
all work was completed on time and on or under budget. This work was
completed in about 5 months. Bovis ran out of work and had to let me go.

Started own company doing Tenant Improvement in strip centers and office
buildings in and around the Memphis area.
Jan 2007 - Oct 2007 Perkins Restaurants Corp office, Senior Project
Manager
Duties: Overseeing the construction and remodels of all the Perkins
Restaurants from across the nation. Ensuring all contractor and subs
follow the plans in order to turn over the restaurant on time and budget.
Also helping all corporate and franchisee locations with any needed
repairs from plumbing to HVAC.

DUTIES: Responsible for the daily running of about 4,200,000 sq ft of
retail and office lease properties. Ensuring each building's smooth
operations, to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical and all aspects of
daily operations. Keeping open communications between the customers,
contractors and owners. Developing the business and managing the project
from scheduling, budgeting and actual in-field inspections. Projects
ranged in size from 5,000 sq ft and up.
May 2002 - Jul 2004 HB-54 Japan- partner in web based business
selling imported Turkish carpets in Japan.
DUTIES: Co-founded an e-commerce import company, including creating
business development initiatives that generated significant sales
revenues. Responsible for a web- based product sales business based in
Japan. Conducting and analyzed financial and operations reports to
recommend capital expenditures for improving workflow
and systems efficiency
Nov 1981 - Dec 2002 United States Navy- Senior Chief Intelligence
Specialist.
DUTIES: Oversaw operations and facilities, including budgeting,
financing, all aspect of intelligence operations. Conducted critical
military intelligence activities, including collecting, analyzing, and
decoding all types of intelligence information. Planned and managed
military operations projects with a $365K operational and travel
budget. Approved requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies.
Led 42 service personnel in the reorganization of a 15,000-square-foot
military operations facility, completing the project ahead of schedule
and under budget. Streamlined operational processes to improve systems
efficiency and reliability. Recognized for superior problem resolution
and critical support during crisis situations. Directed and supported
more than 150 service personnel in daily responsibilities and project
tasks.
