Serves as a lead maintenance technician for the M88A1 Medium Recovery

Vehicle, M88A2 HERCULES [Heavy Equipment Recovery Combat Utility Lift and

Evacuation System, M109A6 Paladin and the M992A2 FAASV, Supervised and

managed product control issues, meeting strenuous deadlines set by the

military. Managed numerous Leave Behind Maintenance missions (LBM) at

various CONUS locations. Directly responsible for supervising, counseling,

mentoring, and training up to 20 Employees / mechanics at any given time.

Areas of technical expertise include, but not limited to are, Track Vehicle

hydraulic systems, and subsystems troubleshooting and repair at all levels.

Assured that equipment after repair or assembly was in proper compliance

with manufacturers' specifications. Provide maintenance and repair for the

following equipment: 2-Terex Super Stackers, 5-1150 Taylor forklifts, 6-Cat

front end loaders, 5-Sennobogen Crain's, 2-Manawock Crain's, 6-Lieber

Crain's, 6 Cat 40 ton dump trucks and 5-Kress pallet and pot carriers. As

the Lead mechanic provided technical guidance to 20 Heavy equipment

mechanics and 3 welders on proper maintenance and troubleshooting

techniques. Diagnosed faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs

by using, engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment

and calibration devices. Compiled reports on equipment and reported any

problems to the Superintendent.

Contractor/Mechanic, Brown International

2006-2007

Provided maintenance and repair for M88 Medium Recovery Vehicle, under the

selection of DLA management to ensure M88's were fully operational and

returned to the Military for reissue. Provided technical assistance to

assembly personnel and maintenance personnel on the configurations of an

M88 for proper rebuild. Responsible for troubleshooting various techniques

on the Hydraulic systems, Electrical systems, Fuel systems and complete

assembly.

Production Supervisor, Cintas Corporation

2006

Production Supervisor of 27 employees, responsibilities include hiring,

motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing entry

level factory work, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for

daily production flow and bottom line results. Additional duties include

meeting daily productivity and quality requirements and maintaining

inventory control. Production Supervisor is responsible to train personnel

on safety policies, ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.

2006
