SENIOR ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

I was responsible for implementing and managing the company's online

marketing strategy. Channels under management include Incentive, Non

Incentive, Search, and Affiliate. This makes up 100% of all new revenue

expected to be generated for the company.

Responsibilities

. Lead on all Marketing Communications to Affiliates and CPA partners

. Creation and execution of new offers and promotions to drive revenue

within Affiliate and Non Incentive / Incentive channels. The

creations of these offers are coordinated across multi-departments.

. Monitor fraud

. Financial modeling of new offers and forecast future sales

. Seek out and recruit new affiliates and CPA partners via cold lead

prospecting.

Accomplishments

. Inherited the Affiliate channel with annualized revenue of less than

1% ($9,000 a month in revenue) and have turned it into 5% ($40,000 -

$60,000 a month in revenue) of the total company revenue. In December

2007, I produced $138,000 in revenue.

. Was given the challenge of separating ourselves from Linkshare within

2 weeks on the day I was hired. Successfully implemented Commission

Junction within that timetable (the company was previously unable to

secure this relationship).

. Successfully integrated Share-A-Sale, Link Connector, and Kowabunga

affiliate networks.

. Consultant with Commission Junction (the largest company in the

affiliate space) on 2 of their individual projects.

. Worked with IT to create the necessary reports needed to manage the

program and prevent against fraud.

. Worked with multiple departments to develop new promotions for

Affiliate and CPA. New CPA relationships included NeverBlue, Rocket

Profit, Primary Ads, AKMG, aZoogle, The Useful, Advaliant, Copeac,

I managed the entire channel program for the company which included the

Affiliate Program (250,000 customers), the Agent Program (15,000 agents),

and Reseller Program (2,000 resellers) across two web hosting brands

(Gate.com and ValueWeb).

In a three month period, the Gate.com brand went from 40th in the Web

Hosting/Server category to 1st with an earning per click of more than

twice the 2nd competitor. Currently the program is responsible for

46% of the total sales for the Gate.com brand

. Surpassed the corporate Q306 goal of adding an additional 1000

accounts in the Commission Junction channel by an additional 800

accounts. This was 3 months after the launch of the program

. From 11/05 through 05/07 the customer growth for the three channels I

managed increased by a minimum of 100% annually

. Raised $25,000 in Market development funds from Microsoft on a product

campaign that resulted in a customer increase of 25%
