Documenting referral sources for the billing department. Keeping

track of missed appointments and no shows using the Xact system.

Posting information into the Xact system for statistical reports.

Scanning information into the Xact system for future reference.

Assigning appointments to agencies for clients. Faxing approved

enrollments to proper agencies for further follow-up treatment.
