1 Lead Based Paint Remediation

Project Manager/Inspector/Risk Assessor - of the most productive,

federally funded programs for lead based paint remediation in the

Greater Metropolitan area. Perform lead-based paint evaluations in

low income/target housing, risk assessments, clearances, utilized and

deciphered results from an XRF analyzer. Wrote scopes of work, drew

floor plans, monitored lead remediation projects, approved change

orders, and processed project payments for closeouts. Supervised work

sites, mediated issues between contractors and home owners and

enforced proper policies, procedures and work standards in accordance

with HUD, OSHA and all applicable government entities.

2 ISS - Youth Services

Behavioral Specialist - Ran an in-school suspension program within St.

Louis Public Schools, which focused on the development, improvement,

cultivation of students' attitudes, behaviors, as well as academics.

Through my consistency, genuine dedication, empathy and a desire to

see each child succeed beyond statistics, the program was very

successful.

Weatherization

Energy Auditor - conducted energy inspections of low income properties

using Blower Door technology to determine ways to reduce energy

consumption and aide families in saving monies. Utilized Bacharach

Combustion analysis apparatuses, wrote scopes of work, drew floor

plans and prepared bid documents necessary to solicit pricing for the

work dictated by the analysis.

Rehabilitation Specialist - monitoring and approving the remedies

appropriate according to the energy audit and educating the home owner

regarding on-going maintenance and management of energy usage.

Electrical

Electrical Technician - trained and experienced in residential,

commercial and industrial electrical installation and maintenance.
