Senior Business Consultant - Child Support Subject Matter Expert
My experience and skills have led to being involved in a major contract to
provide project management office (PMO) services to the State of Louisiana
Department of Social Services (DSS). Through OneDCFS, the state's child
welfare, child support enforcement, child care, TANF, supplemental
nutrition, and disaster assistance programs will become a unified, outcome
driven and evidence-based service delivery system. The PMO is responsible
for providing project management and supporting federal advance planning
documentation, requests for proposals, communications, community partner
outreach, training, business process reengineering, mentoring, data
collection and analysis, organizational change management, issue and risk
management, scope management, and organizational modeling.
My breadth of experience on the project includes the initial phase of
project management planning and augmentation. Specific duties include
document development, review and revision of project documents, quality
assurance reviews, change management, business process analysis and
reengineering, liaison, and consultant services as a Child Support Subject
Matter expert. Duties and responsibilities include;
. Participate in the Transformation Project for DCFS (Department of
Children & Families Services, formally DSS Department of Social Services)
for the state of Louisiana.
