Employed : Resurgent Capital Services, of Sioux Falls, SD.

from 8/18/2003 to 7/13/2009.

The company purchased old debts from other companies, and we sold the customer an

opportunity to take responsibility for that debt by offering them a new credit card to balance

transfer the debt onto. Which also gave them an opportunity to address their credit report.

My job was collection of the debt, selling the credit card option, and customer service of the new

relationship with the customer.

Reason for leaving : The entire Collection/Sales Dept., ( 40 People), was laid-off 7/13/09.

The possibility of being recalled is slim to none, they had to shut our Dept. down due to a legal

problem with the scripting. I'm ready to go in a new direction.

Employed : The Credit Store, of Sioux Falls, SD.

from 6/27/1997 to 9/29/2003.

This compamy also purchased old debt and sold it back to the customer by offering a new credit

card to balance transfer it onto.

My job was Quality Assurance Monitor of the Collections/Sales Dept. I monitored live and

recorded calls of 70 agents to assure compliance to company policy and proceedure, and to

required legal disclosures.

Reason for leaving : The company went bankrupt.

I occupied my time between those two jobs by contracting as a Mystery Shopper for an

assortment of businesses, and also as a Merchandising Auditor for Globe Publications. Those

jobs required attention to detail, specific to each business.
