Assist department director in the administration of the Tampa Port

Authority Security Operation's Department with additional responsibility of

executive support for the Tampa Bay Harbor Safety & Security Committee.

Department to include payroll submission, travel preparations and

conference room and training room schedule.

o Monitor and review operating budget expenditures. Compile data and

prepare various statistical and financial reports to assist in the

preparation of the department budget.

Emergency Dispatch Center with additional responsibility of executive

support for the Emergency Medical Planning Council (EMPC) which is

responsible for overseeing the Emergency Medical Transportation Ordinance,

06-9 which regulates medical transportation in Hillsborough County.

Major Responsibilities Include:

. Assist and advise management staff in administration of Emergency

Dispatch. Direct and

execute administrative and support functions. Draft

memorandums and other documents for

approval and signature by management staff.

o Schedule and coordinate meetings, special events and training
