Standard Mogul- Backup, install and transfer over 80 clients data onto new Dell

machines for a Windows 7 refresh. Factory setting, safety is always an issue. Made

sure users could access and use all appropriate programs such as transferred LOTUS

notes and years of delicate information stored on out dated equipment.

Michigan Works- Install, configured, administered all West Michigan's Michigan

Works Locations and offices setting up new "Net tops" for new computer lab and

training facilities. Also as a managed service customer, I setup and configured

locked down systems for public users to insure no miss use of equipment.

Kalamazoo Public Safety- Worked and assisted with a new prototype Wireless Camera

system for Kalamazoo Police and Public Safety.

Three Oaks Middle School- Installed Windows 7, Backup data, delivered 30 new PC's

for the computer lab, and also Had 25 new laptops that I backed up and

re-installed data onto the new OS.

Choice Schools of West Michigan- I personally managed this customer. Installed XP

on refurbished laptops donated to the school.

also had to wipe data off computers and laptop hard drives, using a Government and

followed.

Fillmore Equipment- Printek Printer evaluation and repair. Installed print heads

and all appropriate parts needed.

Haworth- Co-Administered printer contracted customer with our lead printer

technician. Installed and repaired Zebra bar code printers and maintained product

life cycle management to ensure efficient prices and customer relations

Work Experience

United Parcel Service 4/2008 - 4/2009

Main package loader- Part time twilight shift managing package flow from Big

Rapids, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and other major cities across West Michigan. I

also maintained proper training for hazardous materials and load safety while

keeping a 350 package rate an hour with a zero miss load tolerance. I promoted

safety on a daily basis which was associated with direct cost savings on no

injury's, estimated savings cost of $300,000.00 for 2008.
