. Implemented many shipping requirements including DOT and DOD.
. MFG engineer for LITVC systems on Minuteman III refurbishment
processes for 7 years. Bonding, welding, and leak detection were all
part of this process.
. Performed process development and implementation for Minuteman Stage 3
LITVC system. MFG engineer on process for 3 years.

Knowledge:
Intimate knowledge of Configuration Management practices as applied to the
Military and Aerospace industry.
Firm understanding of aerospace specifications/requirements leading to
acquisition of qualified materials/equipment to support sustainment and
maintenance of existing military systems.
Experienced in identifying obsolescence issues and qualifying new suppliers
to meet stringent government regulations/requirements to sustain existing
or new systems.
Knowledge of program, resource and fiscal planning to maintain and sustain
existing and/or new systems in support of program needs. Experienced in
laying out production plans and providing resources to meet customer
expectations/schedules within budget.
Intimately familiar with government customer's needs including Air Force,
Navy and Army.
