2005-2007

Franchise Services, Inc., Mission Viejo, CA

Vice President (Sir Speedy/TeamLogic IT/Summit Marketing Communications)

As VP of Marketing for three of the companies of the world's largest

franchisor to small and medium sized businesses, headed a 13-person

department providing strategic and tactical support to over 2,000 worldwide

franchisees. Budget responsibility: $9 million. Created strategy and

wrote new web page for company (www.sirspeedy.com); negotiated print and

broadcast schedules, managed external vendors. Saved $660,000 in bottom-

line dollars by purchasing media as group, rather than as individual

operating entities.

2001-2005

Downey Savings & Loan, Newport Beach, CA

Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

For a $12.5 billion/165 Branch savings and loan,

. Developed strategy, wrote and created Direct Mail prospect program

generating over $31 million in fundings at cost per loan of less than

$400 (industry standard for 'A' paper loans: $500-$750)
