Administrative Assistant Position

I am offering 20+ years of professional experience in administrative

support positions. I have worked for executives, administrators,

consultants, directors and coordinators. My areas of expertise are:

confidentiality scheduling travel/meetings

multi-tasking planning and coordinating special

fast-paced environment events

organization oral/written communication skills

Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 10 key

PowerPoint being a team member and willing to go

the extra mile to help a co-worker

Accomplishments

. Organized our department's move to a new building one year after I

started my job. I also helped organize the setup of each office after

the move

. Saved my company over $7,000 by obtaining carpet for our offices at

the installer's price

. One of the coordinators for the entire Federation staff's internal

moves from office to office

. Helped set up a filing system for easy retrieval in both computer

files and filing drawers

The company I was working for downsized and slashed the budget for our

department. Within the last three years, executive and support staff were

cut from the budget. I was let go due to these budget cuts. Out of seven

support staff, I was one of the last two who took on the extra work to

support other departments.

I believe that an office should run smoothly and effectively and that good

communication is extremely important. I would like to work for a company

that encourages professional development. I am also looking for a position

in a company that creates and encourages a fun atmosphere.

I will gladly furnish professional references upon request. The best way to

reach me is by phone or email.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Marty Croy
