Interview insurance companies via telephone to ensure proper regulations have been met in accordance to the policies and procedures as established
by Medicare from a call center environment. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using database (CATI) system. Follow-up on customer
inquires not immediately resolved. Complete daily call logs and statistical data reports for review by management and provide recommendations of
findings. Perform Accounts Receivables and Payable tasks using database (CATI) system. Administer telephone surveys on behalf of the Center for
Disease Control (Federal Agency) to collect data used in compiling national policies and procedures related to specific issues where candidates are
randomly selected through cellular and landline inquiries.

Tidal Basin, Austin, TX 78701 Program Analyst/ General Land Office-ORCA (January, 2009- June 2009)
Serve as a Consultant to the General Land Office on behalf of Tidal Basin provide consulting and technical assistance with their recovery efforts
occurring during Hurricane Ike. Responsible for providing training and guidance to local officials on the management of grants approved and
allocated by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). For grants denied funding from FEMA, responsible for reviewing and compiling
grant application in accordance to FEMA requirements. Conduct property damage assessments and report findings to Tidal Basin Supervisors for
review in disbursement of funds to clients. Perform project management tasks to include program analysis, fiscal budgeting, scheduling and
personnel management daily. Additionally required to provide Project Management and Leadership skills related to hurricane recovery and property
reconstruction for in Austin, TX. Responsible for maintaining project logs, fund disbursement reports. Conduct reviews of project worksheets as
written and required by FEMA for the allocation of funds for Grants as submitted by the previous Grant Administration Team to obtain funding for
ongoing projects on behalf of governing county/town.

Working with the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) for the State of Louisiana, responsible for
reviewing Reports (Sub Recipient Monitoring Plan) and Spreadsheets to audit state agency records for compliance to GOHSEP. Recommendations
and guidance provided to assist agencies in areas of audit exposures for fiscal, administration and policies and procedures. Responsible for reporting
audit findings to appropriate supervisors, managers and teams for review.
Close out Specialist/PA Consultant (September 2007- June 2008)
Upon being promoted to a manager, responsible for providing consulting and technical assistance to staff, administration and the Governor’s Office
for the State of Louisiana as it relates to Public Assistance Programs in Baton Rouge Louisiana receiving funding from FEMA. Conduct Exit Grant
Interviews with various Project Leaders in the closeout of grants/funding procured by the Federal Government for FEMA approved projects.
Provided guidance concerning a full range of grants, agreements, disaster assistance determinations, and other federal funded programs administered
by the Long-term Recovery Office. Reviewed and processed contracts, invoices, labor, material, and equipment summaries, inventory lists, cancelled
checks, and other related documentation for closeout of FEMA grants in the Public Assistance section in Louisiana. Resolve FEMA contractual
issues on behalf of clients relating to program management, documentation and funding decisions. Negotiated with municipal, parishes, and local
governments to resolve outstanding contractual issues related to disaster operations. Prepare financial closeout reports and referrals for submission to
FEMA. Perform performance and contract audits of grantee records with policy and procedure recommendations in response to FEMA Federal
Guidelines. Responsible for conducting training related to Grant Management and Administration.

•Served as the principle liaison between local officials and federal government programs that allocate money to towns and municipalities for disaster

applicants of the Public Assistance program, this includes detailed analysis of monthly invoices and communication with sub-grantee to ensure
