HP - Delphi RDM Remote desktop management
After 2 years working for the 1st level Delphi helpdesk I was moved to the
RDM group, as part of the 2nd level support technicians I gave IT support
on a more technical level performing software \hardware installations,fixing software errors, windows OS, managing users accounts and computers
on active directory, data backup for end users, helping the team by
doing quality reports to provide training to the 1st level people to reduce
errors, incident management and resolution for end users, also provided
network support,Microsoft office support that includes Outlook, excel,
word, power point, also taking a part as a backup team leader for my team
when the team leader was not present.
I was also a part of the team that certified in ISO 9000.
HP - Delphi Helpdesk
My first job at HP was the Delphi Automotive Helpdesk, I worked as a 1st
level agent taking telephone calls from Delphi employees to resolve IT
requests, to create trouble tickets and route those tickets to the
appropriate team which in the end would resolve the problem for the user
and to provide technical and company information . Also provide
information to Delphi suppliers and helping other teams to locate users or
escalating high priority issues.
As part of the Helpdesk I was named SME (subject matter expert) helping
other co workers and new employees in their doubts and issues during the
day, also I was moved to a team in charge of Unix OS requests in which I
created special requests for Unix, Linux workstations, manage Unix
accounts and escalated workstations critical problems.

In this Juarez local high school I performed my social service and
professional service from school, I helped in the remodeling of the
computer laboratory removing all of the hardware and equipment and
installing the new one, that included 70 desktop computers, 5 printers, network connections and all of the students chairs, also after that
helped with the network, printers and computers maintenance for more than
1 year, assisted student and teachers with their IT questions and problems
also.
