Reduced the amount of time needed for listing preparation by interviewing
and selecting competent Realtors. Identified value discrepancies to ensure
that the REO property manager could make an accurate suggestion to
investors concerning the list price of the homes. Shortened the time
necessary for the eviction process by providing eviction attorneys with
requested information in a timely manner.
