Advise supervisory personnel on Military Police (MP) operations,

capabilities, and employment with emphasis on threat reaction, detainee

operations, area security, and maneuver and mobility support. As Force

Protection Officer for 4,500 soldiers, manage standard operating

procedures, inspections, and certifications for all force protection

programs in the combat area of operations by inspecting combat facilities.

Assess threat vulnerabilities of brigade installations and provide

equipment and procedures to help mitigate risk. Inspect facilities to

ensure suitability of terrain, weather, and locations for camera systems,

entrance control point standard operating procedures, and barrier

equipment. Serve as the Afghan National Police (ANP) coordinator working

with coalition forces and providing training and mentorship. Supervise MP

support and detainee operations and manage $200K in program funds. Ensure

brigade compliance with all U.S. customs policies and procedures.

. Served as the senior instructor during the training of 1500 soldiers

preparing for deployment in detention operations, tactical site

exploitation, and searching procedures. Incorporated intelligence

community processes for data analysis and exploitation to ensure

information was properly tracked and processes.

. Developed a theater adopted training program for the ANP by

establishing a training facility, developing and improving course

curriculum, and resourcing all training and logistical support

necessary to sustain the facility. Collected, tracked and managed all

functional requirements to ensure stability and constant improvement

within the course. Resulted in 100% increase in trained ANP within

the unit's area of responsibility. Praised by the regional commander

(2-star) and members of the United Nations Security Council for

proficiency and effectiveness of students in the course.

. Instituted a training program resulting in 1,200 ANP personnel's

successful trained by designing the course curriculum in special

weapons and tactics teams and quick response forces. Trained Czech

Republic military police in course material and evaluated effects

based on the theater strategic lines of effort.

. Assisted the Afghan National Security Forces by planning,

implementing, and certifying the first known Afghan Detention

Operations mentorship training program in Logar province to place

Afghan officials responsible for their rule of law and corrections

programs. Developed course curriculum and provided all logistical

support required to include training material, course sustainment, and

contract support.

. Instructed 25 pay agents in small rewards program allocation

procedures in support of the capture of weapons, explosives, and high-

value individuals by establishing a reward system for Afghan citizens

offering vital related information.

. Headed implementation of 17 contracted canine teams by effectively

managing training, logistics support, and combat operations for the

working dog program. Published in the Center for Army Lessons Learned

on program management, effectiveness, and sustainment.

maintenance and serviceability for $3M in platoon equipment, including

military vehicles and weapons systems. Managed $10M in company equipment
