Duties include

Crew leader- Assuring a safe work environment. Maintaining a productive job

site. Coordinate with other contractors. Able to read and apply blueprints

Carpentry- Complete home construction including, Framing, exterior and interior

trim, installation of doors, windows, and cabinets. Construction of outdoor

structures including pergolas, gazebos,fences, and decks.

Electrical- Installing 110 and 220 circuits,installing light fixtures, outlets and

switches.

Plumbing- Knowledge with copper, PVC. PEX and galvanized piping. Installing

water heaters, filtration systems, sinks, toilets, and faucets.

Roofing- Complete tear off and installation, including proper flashing techniques.

Painting- Exterior and interior using brush, roller or airless gun application.

Flooring- Tiling, hard wood, carpet and laminate.

Heating and cooling- Maintenance and replacement of furnace or its parts.

Additional Experience

Ten years experience working in the line clearance industry. I progressed to

foreman with responsible for crews of up to four. Duties included providing a safe

work environment, training crews, maintaining and operating Boom trucks,

chippers, saws, and completing all necessary paperwork .

Worked in QS 9000 certified production facility that manufactured drums, rotors,

and wheels for heavy vehicle trucks and trailers. Operated double-index

equipment, worked from blueprints, and checked all production using scales,

micrometers, and calipers. Set up new product runs and troubleshooted for

problem resolution. Licensed forklift driver and worked on hub assembly line.

I have also spent the last fifteen years renovating homes as a part time business.
