Unit Supply Technician/Supervisor March 2001 – February 2009

Prepared and maintained organizational supply records and forms for over two hundred (200)

personnel. Received and inspected supply inventories for four (4) separated organizations.

Proved technical guidance in areas of supply management to unit commanders. Reviewed

Company and Battalion supply records and information documents for accuracy and

completeness. Coordinated all supply activities and actions. Posted transactions to Organization

and Installation Property Books and Supporting Transaction files. Maintained property under

standard property book system (SPBS). Reviewed daily and monthly records of issues of

petroleum products and operating supplies. Provided technical assistance to equipment records

Ensured accurate accounting and reporting of non-expendable/durable property and perform

managed and trained eight (8) unit supply specialist in preparing unit/organizational supply

documents and maintaining automated supply system for accounting of organizational and

automated supply system.
