Williamsburg Plantation Resorts As a Sales Representative my duties were to place calls to my
05/2010 09/2010 Owners and convince them to refer people to tour our resorts. It
Was very challenging to get them to give out numbers as I had the
opportunity to buns every week.
NCO 07/2008 06/2009 As a customer service and technical support representative I
received inbound calls from customers who had issues
with billing accounts and also provided help with repairing
hardware and software issues for Sidekicks
Teletech 07/2007 07/2008 I handled a variety of calls dealing with customers concerns
about billing accounts with Sprint. I also reached out to
customers needs pertaining to past due accounts
and also making payment arrangements and crediting
customers accounts who needed help the most
Portfolio 03/2006 01/2007 As a collections representative I reached out to customers who
were delinquent on accounts such as credit cards,
mortgages, etc. I also used my strong customer service skills
to sway consumers into paying their bills or making
arrangements to pay bills
Verizon 08/2005 01/2006 At Verizon I provided customer service skills on each call as I
persuaded consumers to join our services. I also handled
billing accounts and took payments on past due accounts as well.
MCI 01/2004 11/2004 At MCI it was a very competitive environment. I used my sales
skills that I learned in training and provided them on the
phone with customers as I convinced them that our services were
favorable.
