I was responsible for the front desk on the night shift. I started in the
day, but quickly worked my way up to night shift manager after I proved
myself the most capable of handling the responsibility. We used a hotel
program to check in and out guests. Also I was responsible for hospitality,
dealing with housekeeping and maintenance problems, and a variety of
projects and responsibilities the General Manager would throw at me.
