processed through their financial accountant’s process. Accurint reports – are run daily regarding the returned statement of
people who have accounts that need to be notified of their assets. People search for updating account.

Working closely with a legal Administrative Specialist (Probate) within the branch of Accounting Processing. Excellent
initiative, and strong judgment and analytical skills in the performance of duties in the performance in accordance of strict
standards and time schedules and will provide expert technical direction in following the direction of the established probate
process
Understand probate orders and the fundamental of probate law and generally-recognized probate terminology. Ensure the IIM
account is changed to an estate account and update throughout the probate process upon notifications of an account holders
death.
Understand the TFAS account structure and the standard forms that are required to be completed according to the transaction
type being processed.
Proficiently use a computer including good typing and data entry skills.
Conduct a quality review to ensure the probate package includes all necessary corrective documentation.
Reconcile information within probate orders to lease and ownership records, as well as TFAS account information as
appropriate.
Prepare journal vouchers and other supporting documentation, including standardized work tickets, enable the proper posting of
probate distribution from estate accounts to the accounts of heirs in accordance instruction and requirements set forth in
official probate documents and any supplemental information.
Ensure requests for disbursements prior to the completion of the probate process and document. Will meet the dollar threshold
and are properly approved prior to processing.
Pay claims/heirs based on Probate Order and BIA instructions. May include Life Estate, Dower, Courtesy and homestead
interests.

from source documents into computer following the format displayed on screen, then enters necessary codes, obtains
corrections to information entered. Compiles sorts and verifies accuracy of data entered. Keeping record of all work
