Internet Administer
I was the internet admin for the Home banking site. I reviewed and
processed new online applications, setup new users for Bill pay. I
also answers any incoming customer emails from the Online banking
site. I also reviewed and process all the emails that came in through
the banks home page, "Contact Us" button. I also was the backup for
the IRA specialist and also took over while a replacement lead was
interviewed and hired. I was also trained in the Records Department.
I helped with indexing and scanning the banks documents such as
applications for new accounts and also legal documents for business
and personal. I helped with phone calls when the department was busy.

Product Support Specialist
I was the IRA specialist for the credit union. I review applications
associated with contributions and withdrawals. Also, review reports
for tax purposes. I advise the membership and staff of limitations
associated with their IRA. I also assisted staff with any IRA
questions they might have. I also viewed Christmas clubs, Infant
accounts, and IRA certificate of deposits.
Member Service Representative
Assist with customers calling in for account information. Provide
assistance to branch personnel. I was in charge of ordering new and
replacement debit and atm cards. I processed incoming collection
items, worked on the Exception reports and processed check encoding
error. I have also assisted our Online Web access department. I have
reset member's lockout passwords and researched bill payment issues.
I have also downloaded the weekly and monthly reports associated with
Online Account access.
Member Service/Call Center
Assist customers with transactions such as deposit inquiries,
withdrawals, transfers, account balance and history information over
the phone. I also process check reorders and completed verification
of deposits for various companies. I also process return mail such as
labeling it as "bad address" or re-mailing back out to the customer.
Also processed stop payment orders and address changes.

and issuing negotiable items. I was also responsible for a cash
drawer that had to be balance at the end of my shift.

I was the opening drive thru teller for the branch. Balance cash
drawer and transactions to teller system with minimal assistance,
and maintains an acceptable difference record. I also assist with
support work including logging in and processing of night drop. I

account inquiries. I also help with the lobby overflow.

H.E.B Grocery Store Corpus Christi, TX
Customer Service Representative
I worked in the Customer Service booth where I process Western Union
request, auto tags, telephone payments and utility payments. Cashed
payroll and government checks and maintained a cash drawer. Assist
the front line as assist manager. Maintaining breaks and lunches and
making sure the lines at the checkouts were moving. I also process
the stores uniform order.
Checker/Cashier
I worked on the checkout line, process customer's grocery order.
Assisted with any inquiries such as an item ringing
