Managed and maintained the Quality Control program as per the contract
specifications and company policies to ensure all areas are in
compliance with codes and requirements set forth by the contract
documents. I reviewed construction submittals and test reports,
tracked deficiencies, initiated pre-work meetings for all phases of
work, conducted first work and follow up inspections, conducted and
tracked all above ceiling and final punch list inspections for Balfour
Beatty as well as the managing A/E firm, coordinated meetings,
inspections and tracked all items with the Authority having
Jurisdiction (AHJ), resolved issues via Request for Information (RFI)
process and tracked Superintendent meeting minutes.

The Quality Control program was managed in coordination with the State
of Tennessee Department of Corrections policies and procedures. All
phases of construction were inspected, documented and tracked under my
supervision to make sure they were in compliance with all applicable
codes and standards. I controlled the record set of drawings (as-
builts) that were turned over to the DOC at completion, Reviewed
drawings and specifications, conducted all above ceiling & final punch
list inspections and tracked their status. Communicated with the
Tennessee Department of Corrections site staff on all their concerns
to ensure they were addressed, noted the Authority having Jurisdiction
(AHJ) comments and relayed them to the subcontractors for completion.
